Severe Air Pollution in North India puts public health at risk as residents choke amid toxic air quality – See photos

Since the last few days, several parts of North India including Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata have been engulfed in severe pollution, risking the health of the people. While pollution was recorded as very poor in the National Capital on Tuesday morning, Mumbai’s AQI level also reached nearly 200. Delhi’s nearby states including Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh are also witnessing hazardous air quality. Ghaziabad too recorded an AQI of 338, while Gurugram saw 364, Noida 348, Greater Noida 439, and Faridabad 382. (AP/PTI Photos)
