The Job

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is to solve various challenges that come up at the workplace or in the business ecosystem from time to time. It motivates me to foster an environment where obstacles become opportunities for innovation and growth. This also allows me to engage actively with my team and build stronger relationships with them. I live by the belief “you manage people; people manage the business”. Witnessing the collective efforts of our employees culminate into sustained growth and development is extremely fulfilling for me.

A typical workday means that I am usually in the office before/by 9.00 a.m. I like to start the day early, plan my day and organise the tasks in a way that I can devote an appropriate amount of time to work, family, and myself daily. I do not advocate working long hours and encourage our employees to be efficient so that we can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Post work, I spend time with my family and we share our experiences of the day.

The Weekend

Weekends are for self-rejuvenation, which means I go on long drives and explore new places as it helps enrich my knowledge and broaden my perspectives. While on these escapades, I satisfy the foodie in me by trying out different cuisines, though my heart truly lies with South Indian food. Movie nights are a cherished ritual, and I enjoy patriotic and horror movies and inspirational biopics. My favourite actor is Mahesh Babu and I make it a point to never miss his movies.

The Toys

I am not a gadget freak. Having said that, my phone is indispensable for me as it enables constant connectivity with my family, friends, and colleagues. In today’s fast-paced environment, it is an important tool for being productive and staying informed about the world’s happenings.

The Logos

There are a plethora of excellent brands out there, across business sectors and categories. For me, a product or service should not only be value-driven but also share principles like sustainability and ethics towards the stakeholders. Hence, I am brand-agnostic and prefer quality and value delivery over brand name.
